As the owner of Endswell Healthcare Group, you will be responsible for building and operating a successful healthcare organization that delivers continued profitable growth for your parent company.

Manage patients, cash flow, risk and maintenance. Try to keep things running smoothly...and be careful not to get into accidents.
2. Build
Rent office space, expand medical facilities, even underground if necessary. Make the most of these spaces for a variety of activities, both on and off the counter.
3. Employee management
Hire the right people for the right jobs. Employees are graded based on skills/culture fit/physical efficiency, with the more capable the employee, the higher the salary required.

Develop new drugs and treatments to serve your community while secretly researching illegal viruses and biological weapons.

2. You must build and expand offices and research facilities. Recruit and manage employees effectively to maximize efficiency. To keep your headquarters happy, you have to keep making bigger profits, but in a legitimate business, you can only make so much.
3. If you really want to excel, you need to push the boundaries of science and medicine. Ethics aside, illegal bacterial and viral research is conducted to promote the development of cutting-edge therapies and biological weapons.
1. Track the operation status to ensure the smooth progress of the business. Keep employees loyal and bribe or intimidate politicians and local officials to eliminate suspicion while staying away from the police and staying one step ahead of your competitors.
2. Breaking established boundaries is sometimes dangerous. Ensure your staff have the appropriate PPE and safety procedures to manage these hazardous activities, prevent external interference and, if the situation requires, handle any incidents "in-house" by always having someone in charge.
3. Evacuate* It’s only a matter of time before things get out of control…and when that moment comes, make sure you’re ready. Gather everyone you can trust, grab as much money and research as possible, and get to the extraction point before it's too late.
