Space Explorers DX is a retro space combat simulation set in a vast open universe. Follow the game's plot or choose your favorite side missions to explore the universe, upgrade ships and weapons, exchange resources and fight gangsters.
Space Explorers DX is a retro space combat simulation inspired by games like Freelancer and set in a vast open universe. Choose from four different classes - Warrior, Merchant, Tank, or Engineer, each with their own special abilities and bonuses. Battle rival factions, mine and trade resources, customize your ship and more. Players can choose to follow the story, or explore the universe and complete side missions at their own pace.
1. Engage in intense dogfights with rival factions, ruthless pirates and mysterious aliens from a third, first or cockpit perspective. Use your driving skills, tactics and arsenal to win. Whether you prefer precision strikes or all-out gunfire, the combat system provides an exciting experience for every aspiring space warrior.
2. Choose from over a dozen unique ships and customize each ship with over 100 different items to suit your needs. Upgrade your weapons, shields or engines to become the most dangerous warrior in the universe, or choose trading equipment such as tractor beams, hidden compartments or cabins to take the smuggling route.
3. Trade goods in the space market, extract valuable minerals, or smuggle illegal goods. If you choose the smuggling route, beware of police patrols!
4. Set sail on your own starship. Sail through a variety of gorgeous space scenes. Each scene has a different point of interest.
