Drone real-name registration portal. Recently, new regulations for real-name registration of drones have been launched. The Interim Regulations on Unmanned Aircraft Flight Management have been officially launched. The regulations stipulate that "flying civil unmanned aircraft" (hereinafter referred to as drones) Real-name registration should be carried out and the responsibilities of users have been expressed.
It is reported that drone pilots should log in to the official website of the civil aviation department to register their drone with a real name, and print and paste the QR code generated after registration on a conspicuous place on the drone body.
Pilots who violate the regulations by "carrying out flight activities without real-name registration" will be ordered to make corrections by the public security organs and fined not more than 200 yuan. If the circumstances are serious, a fine of not less than 2,000 yuan but not more than 20,000 yuan will be imposed.
In addition, under the Interim Regulations on Unmanned Aircraft Flight Management, the suitable flying height for micro-UAVs does not exceed 50 meters, and the suitable flying height for light and small UAVs does not exceed 120 meters; there is no suitable airspace for medium- and large-sized UAVs.
"The suitable flying height does not exceed 120 meters" is the "real height of the drone from the ground." If a pilot flies the drone on the roof of a 100-meter-high building, the height of the drone from the roof should be less than 20 meters.
In addition, the Interim Regulations on the Management of Unmanned Aircraft Flights also impose restrictions on the age of pilots. "Persons without capacity for civil conduct" under the age of 8 can only fly micro-civilian drones. "Restrictions on those over 8 years old and under 18 years old" "Persons with capacity for civil conduct (minors)" can only fly micro and light civilian drones, and an adult must be present to guide them during the operation, otherwise the guardian will face fines.
