At any time, players can trade land without buildings with their opponents, and the deal negotiated first will be processed first.
No loans may be made between players.
After the mortgaged land is traded, the new owner can choose to redeem the land immediately, or not to redeem it immediately and only pay a transaction tax of 10% of the mortgage price to the bank. If the creditor is multiple players (such as paying 50 yuan to other players at once), the bank will repay the debt and immediately auction all the land at no reserve price.
