A monster in Gamma Lab has 60 experience points, but considering that there are many monkeys in Beta, I personally think that Beta’s experience gain is greater than that of Gamma.
Once Delta is unlocked, there is no need to go to Beta, just farm Delta. After that, Epsilon has a monster of 108, and Zeta has a monster of 123. You can farm whatever you unlock.
