Nucleus is a tool for managing one or more blogs. It is developed using PHP4 and requires MySQL database support. Nucleus supports multiple writers, previews before submission, built-in comment and voting system, automatic archiving and full-text search functions, supports RSS/Atom, file/image upload, IP filtering, database content backup and recovery, etc. It can also be extended via plug-ins.
