HHYY component-less upload class

HHYY's component-less upload class code is concise and standardized. It uses Class to encapsulate the code. There is no junk code and high execution efficiency. It can completely judge the size of a single file and the total upload value. It can more accurately and automatically check whether the system components support the use of this upload class and can be used at will. The switch that controls FSO and other components adds authenticity check of picture files and can be controlled freely (supports jpg/jpeg/gif/bmp/png)
Added file dangerous code check (using regular rules), which can be freely controlled (if FSO is turned on, uploaded illegal files will be automatically deleted)
Strict file detection, currently known ASP upload vulnerability repair fool-like call, just construct the directory where the file is saved, and call it directly.

PS: Due to time and energy constraints, functions such as the upload progress bar will not be developed. If you need it, please solve it by yourself.
The list only lists multiple file uploads. If it is a single file upload, then you can just rewrite it yourself.
