The main functions of the current school computer room management system are as follows:
1 Student login system:
Students attend class by selecting a class and entering their real name. If the student exists, it is judged whether the password is correct. If the student does not exist, the student information is saved.
2. When students register for class, the backend administrator will set up the computer room. They can automatically judge or specify the computer room based on the IP of the computer room. This is mainly to adapt to the problem of multiple computer rooms in some schools. Then after students log in, they can register their usage. (Usage conditions can be set in the background, depending on student choice). By default, registration in the same student computer room can only be allowed once within 1 hour!
3. Student self-file management For the computer room, student file management has always been a headache. If it is placed locally, it is easy to be accidentally deleted by other students, and it is difficult for teachers to manage it. It is much better to put it on the server. This system allows students to manage files through student file management. Students transfer important things to the system, and they can also share files with their classmates. Colleagues have joined the scoring system to provide students with motivation! This can be used as part of the teacher’s final homework evaluation in class!
4. Student assignments are submitted through the client. Teachers can evaluate and mark the assignments.
5. Students' online Q&A mainly achieves a certain degree of interaction through a simple form of students asking questions and teachers answering.
6. The online announcement system releases information by announcing to designated classes or the entire school!
Note: 1. File attachments are bound to students to avoid wasting server resources. Deleting students will delete student-related files.
2. Computer attendance records are independent, and the integrity of the records will not be affected by deleting information such as student classes!
