Openbiz Framework Core Edition

The core version of the Openbiz framework will only contain the core-level code of the Openbiz framework, without UI components.
This release is mainly released to meet the following requirements:
1. Apply in an existing project, using Openbiz as a data object-driven solution
2. Create a command line application or system-level application service
3. Create a new custom UI application, such as a website

New features of Openbiz framework core version v3.1:
1. Enhanced wizard-based form and view support
2. Added OAuth user authentication interface and Taobao open API platform example
3. Data objects support the JoinTable function based on custom conditions
