Piwik is an open source website visit statistics system built on Php+MySQL technology, formerly known as phpMyVisites. Piwik can give you detailed statistical information, such as the number of web page viewers, most visited pages, search engine keywords, etc., and uses a lot of AJAX/Flash technology to make the operation easier. In addition, it also uses plug-in extensions and an open API architecture, allowing developers to create more functions according to their actual needs.
Piwik v1.8 contains many new features, performance improvements, bug fixes and security issues. It is recommended that all Piwik users upgrade as soon as possible. This version supports importing server web logs, a new user interface, etc. Please see the official release notes for details.
