DotClear

Dotclear is an open source free web publishing software created in 2002 by Olivier Meunier. Initially a one-man project, Dotclear quickly formed a team of people from different backgrounds and personalities. The purpose of this project is to provide a user-friendly tool that allows anyone to publish on the web without being limited by their technical skills.
