Each unit maintains employee profile information. Employee file information involves many aspects and many items, and some items change frequently. This brings certain difficulties to management work. In order to efficiently manage employee file information, we developed the Leisu file management system. Using this system, administrators can easily import, modify and view employee information in the background. Employees can also view their profile information on their own computers. Applicable objects of this system: Large and medium-sized enterprises, institutions and government agencies that need to efficiently manage employee files. The software has the following features: (1) Employees can only query their own file information. (2) EXCEL data import. (3) Set up announcements and message boards to facilitate interaction with employees. (4) Set up two levels of permissions, super administrator and file administrator, in the background.
