Through this program, multiple online questionnaire survey activities can be established, the number of times each IP can participate can be limited, the start and end time of the survey can be controlled, and radio selection and fill-in-the-blank settings can be set. The IP is recorded in the background and the IP location can be queried.
Instructions for use:
1. The background login address is in manage/login.asp. The default administrator account and password are both admin.
2. Then add a questionnaire and set relevant information,
3. Add relevant questions to the questionnaire
4. Click "Generate" in the questionnaire list to view the questionnaire you created.
5. Click "Results" to view the questionnaire results, which are divided into overview statistics, data statistics, and participation statistics.
