Leisu Equipment Borrowing and Returning System Function Description

(1) Determine whether the imported EXCEL salary schedule has five fields: ID number, name, department, date, and summary.
(2) Check whether the date format is correct.
(3) Check the summary content, and automatically fill in the blank value with "None".
(4) Confirm the certificate number based on the name and department, and fill it in automatically; if the department is blank, confirm the certificate number and department based on the name, and fill it in automatically. If the employee cannot be found, "New Employee" will be displayed in the ID number. If multiple employees with the same name are found, "employee with the same name" will be displayed in the ID number. (5) When deleting or modifying departments or positions, the employee information involved in the employee table will be automatically updated.
