Daystar Conference Room Reservation System is a set of conference room management software that can better assist enterprises in managing conference rooms. Currently, corporate meetings usually require conference rooms, laptops and projectors. Traditionally, registration is done manually, which is not only cumbersome but also prone to conflicts.
Daystar Conference Room Reservation System is an electronic conference room management system. When users make reservations, they can check the status of the conference room (for example, whether it supports meetings, whether the number of people in the conference room is in conflict, etc.), and it can also be integrated with Outlook. Through Email notifications let participants know the details of the meeting as soon as possible.
Daystar conference room reservation system can only be called via iPad at the same time. This system is based on B/S structure. The server segment runs on win2003/2008. The client only needs a browser to view it at any time.
This version is integrated with Exchange 2013 and Microsoft Office 365. Users can reserve meeting rooms through OutlookCalendar or through this system.
