Logstash log management system is a platform for the transmission, processing, management and search of application logs and events. You can use it to collect and manage application logs in a unified manner, and provide a web interface for query and statistics.

Logstash is now a member of the ElasticSearch family.

development environment

1. Install JDK8 or 11. Please make sure to set the JAVA_HOME environment variable to the path to the JDK installation directory. For example set JAVA_HOME=.

2. To install JRuby 9.2.x, it is recommended to use a Ruby manager, such as RVM or rbenv.

3. Install rake and bundler tools.
