Download this file to any Windows computer then double click on it to run it. It does not need installation. Left click on the above link then click on the download button on the right hand side of the new pages to download the program (you can't download it directly from this page).

If you get the error message, "This app can't run on your PC", make sure you have downloaded the program (>2Mb) not the information page (<1Mb).
