Parking lot charging management system 1.0

The parking lot charging management system facilitates the management of vehicles in the parking lot. This system mainly includes member registration, vehicle entry and exit management, member query, etc. It adopts serialization method and does not require a database.

Things to note:

1. The development environment is Visual Studio 2012, without database, and developed using .net3.5.
