Yiquan message board v1.02

This software is my first work. The capacity is very small. I hope you all like it. This work has been modified as follows based on 1.0:

1. The function adds message categories, which can classify message records;

2. The interface has been beautified.

1.02 adds a new message review function and beautifies button controls.
