Three-dimensional warehouse WMS (automated three-dimensional warehouse raw material warehouse) is a warehouse management system developed based on automated conveyor lines, robotic arms, counting machines, elevators, stackers and other automated equipment technologies and modern warehousing lean management ideas. By connecting to the factory's EBS, MES and other system interfaces, the upstream and downstream data of the warehousing can be connected, which is also the basis for achieving complete automation.
1. Home page
- Graphic display of pending documents.
- Warehouse daily operation statistics chart.
- Auxiliary program status.
- Data docking list.
- Equipment operation monitoring.
2. Warehouse modeling
- Warehouse settings-sub-warehouse management-cargo area settings-shelf settings-storage location settings-inbound and outbound warehouse settings.
- Material Settings-Container Settings.
3. Raw material storage
- Scan the material outer box number through the warehousing workbench to obtain information such as material number, order number, quantity, batch number and other information.
- wms requests order information from ebs based on the order number and returns the order information.
- deer-wms issues warehousing tasks to deer-wcs.
- WCS directs stackers, conveyor lines, AGV trolleys and other equipment to complete the warehousing operation.
- WMS inventory is added and synchronized to the ebs system.
4. Production execution
- deer-wms can seamlessly connect to the production execution system mes.
- wms receives work orders issued by mes and performs work order analysis.
- WMS intelligently converts work orders into picking orders (warehouse-out orders).
- wms issues library tasks to wcs.
- WCS directs box trucks, stackers, and AGV trolleys to complete outbound delivery.
- The shipment is completed and the mes work order information is synchronized.
5. Transfer library
- Unqualified products are transferred to the unqualified sub-library and synchronized to the ebs system.
6. Visualized cargo location
- Two-dimensional one-column diagram of cargo locations, graphical display of cargo locations.
- Use colors to distinguish cargo location status, clearly manage cargo locations, and allocate resources.
7. Statistical reports
- Inbound reports.
- Outbound reports.
- Transfer report.
- Inventory details.
- Sluggish expiration warning.
Note: This system is an open source project based on Code Cloud: RuoYi/RuoYi conducts secondary development.
1. Software code structure: Relying on secondary development of Noi framework.
2. Note on usage: Due to the warehousing traceability of manufacturing enterprises, you need to enter: 123456 every once in a while, and click Enter to continue using it.
3. Note on use: Some interfaces require you to enter your job number before you can use it. The job number is: 0000000000 (ten zeros).
4. Other notes: Because it is used in unmanned warehouses, there are relatively few operation interfaces, and a lot of logic is processed in the background (such as inventory and other functions).
