Document compilation method:
It is currently tested on the TEXLIVE2018 version of macos and win10, and other versions have not been tested yet.
Compilation options, because the attached video is too large, github has not uploaded the video. If there is no video file, select attachpdffileflase from the following two options in main.tex to compile normally. If there is a video file, you can use attachpdffiletrue and comment out attachpdffileflase.
