This structure is adopted mainly because of the following philosophy: providing customers with a stable operating system is the overriding principle. Chain stores must be managed uniformly, and it is very important for all stores to have unified codes. In order to be flexible, basic data such as product classification, product and service classification, and service items of each store do not have to be unified and standardized. Each directly-operated store can be managed by the store manager according to the actual situation and regional differences.
