The management of this chain or multiple directly-operated stores currently adopts a distributed + centralized network structure. Specifically, each branch has its own in-store system, and the headquarters has a statistics center system. It supports server operation and can also be run directly on a single machine.

This structure is adopted mainly because of the following philosophy: providing customers with a stable operating system is the overriding principle. The operation and management of chain stores are completely different from the operation and management of single stores. Chain stores must be managed uniformly, and it is very important for all stores to have unified codes. In order to be flexible, basic data such as product classification, product and service classification, and service items of each store do not have to be unified and standardized. Each directly-operated store can be managed by the store manager according to the actual situation and regional differences. At the same time, we should not only consider unified management, but also consider the flexibility of the store.

The system allows stores to invalidate products and items they no longer need. Prices can also be adjusted as needed. This creates an organic blend of flexibility and uniformity. Specifically for each store, there is a host computer in the store to install the store system, while other terminals in the store, such as PC, iPad, mobile phone, etc. do not need to install any software. They can be used through a browser as long as they are connected to the network. This will greatly reduce the system maintenance work in the store and reduce the possibility of system failure.
