emlog SVG category navigation plug-in v1.1

Yesterday I saw a great SVG open source navigation

I tried it and it was great, so I made it into a plug-in.

It took me half an hour to create the colorful background, and several hours to write it as a plug-in (because I wanted to make it more personalized)

After the plug-in is activated, please insert it where needed.
