1. About LinkWeChat

1.1 Introduction

LinkWeChat, Link to WeChat.

LinkWeChat is an open source SCRM system based on Enterprise WeChat and a comprehensive solution for enterprise private domain traffic management and marketing.

Based on the open capabilities of Enterprise WeChat, LinkWeChat not only integrates Enterprise WeChat's powerful backend management and basic customer management functions, but also provides multiple channels and multiple ways to connect to WeChat customers. And through flexible and efficient customer operation modules such as customer retention and chat enhancement, we can establish strong links between customers and enterprises, thereby further helping enterprises improve customer operation efficiency, strengthen marketing capabilities, and expand profit margins through diversified marketing tools.

1.2 Capabilities

LinkWeChat SCRM is based on the closed loop of enterprise private domain traffic marketing, and follows the cyclical process of acquiring new customers, managing and maintaining customers, then establishing a community for customer marketing, and finally acquiring new customers again during the marketing process.

The entire system is divided into ten modules:

• Operation center : Full-featured data reports on customers, customer groups, sessions, etc., with data at a glance;
• Draining traffic and acquiring customers : Draining traffic through multiple channels such as live code, group live code, high seas, customer service, etc., to achieve accurate customer acquisition;
• Sales Center : Undertake customer leads from the customer acquisition module, and follow up with efficient collaboration;
• Customer Center : Help enterprises build private domain traffic pools and operate customers efficiently;
• Customer group center : full coverage of customer group operation scenarios;
• Customer relationship maintenance : Corporate customer operations are refined, and friend circles and red envelope tools increase customer activity;
• Content Center : Build an enterprise's own content library and call multiple types of materials with one click;
• All-round marketing : Provides multi-type and multi-scenario customer marketing tools;
• Enterprise risk control : session compliance archiving, global risk control of sensitive content;

1.3 Advantages

LinkWeChat is based on the ability of Enterprise WeChat to fully open from internal services to the outside world. It can provide enterprise and WeChat private domain management infrastructure for vertical scenarios such as e-commerce, retail, education, and finance. The main advantages are:

• Comprehensive integration with enterprise and micro open APIs, no need to repeatedly connect, get started quickly
• Secondary integration and encapsulation of enterprise and micro APIs to avoid repeated pitfalls
• Adopting mainstream Java architecture, it has high scalability and flexibility and avoids the shortcomings of PHP architecture.
• Provide internal API to external parties and low-cost secondary development

2.2 System architecture

LinkWeChat has upgraded its architecture since V3.0 and has been fully upgraded to a microservice architecture. The overall system architecture is as follows:

This project is based on the RuoYi-Cloud backend development framework, thanks to RuoYi-Cloud for its open source.

• Front-end technology stack: ES6, Vue, Vuex, Vue-router, Vue-cli, Axios, Element-ui;
• Back-end technology stack: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud & Alibaba, Nacos, Mybatis-plus, xxljob, RabbitMQ, Forest;
