Propose an educational data visual analysis system for traditional education environments. Through educational data analysis and visualization, it displays important information such as student portraits, behavioral patterns and characteristics, test scores, development potential directions, etc., which can help teachers better grasp the data. Information, more intuitively understand the individual and overall situation of students, identify learners who need special attention, and timely grasp student development, including performance trends, behavioral habits, abilities and interests, etc.
The educational data used comes from the Alibaba Cloud Tianchi Competition "Digital Intelligence Education" Data Visualization Innovation Competition. The competition provides 7 CSV tables including teacher information, student information, examination information, attendance information, etc., all of which are from Ningbo Xiaoshi Middle School in Zhejiang Real data generated from teaching activities and student activities in recent years.

This paper proposes an educational data visualization system for teachers/head teachers that takes classes and individuals in the class as the unit of analysis and mainly focuses on student performance data. The needs and problems the system intends to solve are divided into the following four aspects:
R1: Intuitively understand the overall performance of the class. It is very difficult to have a comprehensive understanding of the performance of many students in the class, many exams, and many subjects from the original data, but it is very useful for understanding the performance of the class, proposing teaching intervention, and improving teaching. Center of gravity is crucial. Therefore, we hope to summarize and overview the above multi-dimensional information through visualization and provide an overall understanding of the class performance situation.
R2: Quickly discover individuals in the class who need special attention. By identifying individuals in the class who have abnormal performance trends and are in urgent need of teaching intervention, it can help teachers provide timely teaching guidance to students in need, identify individuals who need key help, and propose and improve personalized teaching plans based on the characteristics of different individuals.
R3: Comprehensively understand the details of each individual in the class. Mastering the details of each individual is a necessary prerequisite for discovering individual characteristics.
R4: Understand the overall performance development trend of individual classes. The development trend of individual performance in various dimensions, including subject and time development trends, reflects the development trend of the individual and facilitates us to have an intuitive understanding of the individual's current performance and future development trends.
