Durham has five Partners Against Crime (PAC) Districts which mirror Durham's Police Districts exactly.
PAC Districts act as community hubs where neighbors, police, and local politicians meet to discuss problems and potential solutions.
My goal is to create a GeoJSON map of each Durham PAC District as part of my DurhamHoods project.
