1. Send files:
First of all, to select the people to receive the document, you can check the department, and then you can check the job title to select a group of people to receive the document. If "Everyone" is selected, then this document will be sent to everyone, so the selection before position and department will be invalid. If you click "Show detailed list by department" or "Show detailed list by name", the names of everyone in the database will be displayed, and you can choose who to send to.
Then enter the title of this file, this is required.
The content field does not need to be filled in.
Click the "Upload Attachment" button to select the attached file and press Submit to upload. Multiple files can be uploaded separately.
Finally, press the "Send" button to send the message. Note that this step is mandatory.
In addition, if you do not select anyone, the messages sent will only be visible to you.
2. Documents issued:
Displays messages sent by me to others. The subject, part of the content and attachment information of the file are listed respectively. Clicking on the attachment name will directly open the attachment. It is recommended to right-click and save to the local hard drive.
Click Delete on the right to delete the information (including attachments). Note that after deletion, others cannot see it and cannot restore it.
Clicking on the detailed content link will display the entire content of the information, and you can also view who has viewed the information.
3. Private documents:
If you do not select any recipients when sending a message, the message can only be seen by yourself. It is equivalent to saving your own files in the system, and the usage method is similar to that of sent files. If there is no text content, there is no "more content" link.
4. Received files refer to received files sent by others, and the operation is similar to sent files. You can click "Clear" on the received files and they will not appear again in the future. However, this information will not be deleted and other people who have not cleared it can still see it. Administrators can set which files cannot be deleted.
5. Unreceived files refer to files sent by others that you have not yet received. The operation is similar to received files. A "Receive" link will appear on the right side of the uncollected file list. After clicking, the file will become a received file.
6. Commonly used files refer to files that are frequently used, such as commonly used forms, etc. Only administrators can set which files are commonly used.
7. Identity Information Here you can modify some of your information and login password.
