Microsoft's John Lam released the IronRuby first preview, using Microsoft's open source agreement MS-Pl (Microsoft's OpenSource Licence). This version of the code is also built based on DLR and can also run on the Mono platform, but Mono needs to pull the code from SVN to compile it in order to run it.
