Software usage instructions:
After the software download is completed, the user needs the following steps to run our software:
1. Install .NET Framework 2.0 and IIS (the Internet Information Service that comes with Windows).

2. Set the download folder directory to the IIS virtual directory

2.3 Set access permissions to complete the setup work
