The source code has two booking methods: booking service and booking technician.
The scheduled service model requires the merchant to receive the order and then assign technicians to provide door-to-door service. This model is more suitable for smaller stores. The merchant clearly understands the characteristics and strengths of each technician and assigns the corresponding technician to the door. And it has advantages in personnel deployment and utilization. And the cost is lower. If you book a technician, the platform does not need to be too involved. The consumer's order information can be pushed directly to the technical side, and the technology can handle the order independently. For merchants with a certain scale, there will be no missing or wrong orders. But after all, this model leaves the choice of technicians to consumers, which may cause a small number of technicians to be busy and a small number of technicians to be idle, which is not conducive to the allocation and utilization of resources.
