Function realization

The functional structure diagram of the system is divided into operator platform and administrator platform.

Operators can enter the system through their own account and password, and can browse item information, initiate purchase applications, add purchase items, and print purchase information.

Administrator is the most versatile customer role.

Supplier management module: Supplier management is defined in this module, and its functions include supplier entry, query, modification, deletion and other operations.

Product information management module: This module defines the management of product information, and its functions include product information entry, query, modification, deletion and other operations.

Item procurement review module: In this module, the management of procurement information is defined. Its functions include procurement information browsing, approval and other operations.
