Web blog text voice video customer service system v1.0
This system is based on the online video live broadcast system and adds text and voice chat functions. The system uses: Flash as the client, which can be embedded into web pages, and visitors do not need to install any plug-ins. As long as a customer visits a certain web page, the system will automatically monitor that the user is online, and the system will automatically prompt the customer service staff to track the customer service.
The server side adopts: Fms2.0 video server system. The web side uses asp.net2.0 technology and the database uses mssql2000 (the DB is an Sql database file, just attach it)
