Function realizationThe teacher performance management system will change the previous process relationship between personal reporting and unit review. The basic functions of the teacher performance management system: customer registration management, performance project management, indicator management, basic data filling, and formation of personal reports, department-level reports, and college reports.
(1) Customer registration management: Customers can fill in basic information through the registration window and match it with the information originally stored in the database to pass the review and complete the registration. If the information does not match, the review will fail and the registration will be invalid. Administrators are responsible for the maintenance of customer information.
(2) Performance project management: Performance projects include teaching records, various monographs, various papers, achievement appraisal, guidance competitions and training, obtaining awards, etc. Performance project management is to manage the project number, name, type, status, research field, member information, application time, start time, funding information, execution, acceptance, project leader and other information of the above projects.
(3) Indicator management: refers to the evaluation of quantitative indicators.
