Function realization

This system is divided into seven modules. Each module's access to the database is closely connected. Each module accesses the same database, but the data tables it accesses are different. Based on the analysis of the above functions, the system is divided into several modules on the basis of seven major modules:

(1) Department management includes three operations: adding, viewing and deleting department operations for the company's departments.

(2) Employee management includes five major operations: mainly realizing entering basic employee information, deleting employee information, viewing basic employee information, querying employee information through the department, and viewing employee information in detail.

(3) Recruitment management includes six major operations: The main role involved in recruitment management is the applicants. First, enter, delete, and publish the applicants, check the information of the recruiters in detail, and conduct interviews on the personnel of the entered companies and non-entered companies. Query.

(4) The training management operation is mainly for training management of newly entered employees and regular employees in the enterprise department. It can record, delete, view and query the detailed training plan.

(5) Reward and punishment management mainly implements the behavior of enterprise employees, reflecting the giving of small rewards or punishments, and the addition, removal and viewing of employee reward and punishment management, as well as detailed inquiries.

(6) Salary management also manages the salary of regular employees in the enterprise. It not only records, deletes, and views, but also can query the employee's salary by number and query the employee's salary by working time.

(7) System management mainly manages administrators. Administrators are mainly divided into two types, one is system administrator and the other is ordinary administrator. System administrator can add and delete ordinary administrators. and change their own passwords, while ordinary administrators can only change their own passwords, and other operations are not possible.
