Function realization

(1) System login module

This module mainly implements the login identity verification function, that is, when a customer logs in to the system, personal details need to be verified. Only system-registered customers can log in to the system.

(2) Drug query management module

This module mainly completes the functions of adding, modifying, deleting drug information, viewing detailed information, searching by different keywords, etc., as well as adding, modifying, deleting, and retrieving drug category information.

(3) Drug procurement management module

The main function of this module is to complete the information management of the entire process of drug procurement. To purchase the required drugs from different suppliers, it is necessary to have purchase order management, payment management, statistical printing, etc.

(4) Drug inventory management module

The function of this module is mainly to complete the management of drug storage and shipment. After the medicines are purchased, they need to be put into storage. After the medicines are sold, they need to be shipped out. The medicines in inventory also need to be adjusted, inventoried, and out of stock resolved.

(5) Drug sales management module

The main function of this module is to manage information related to the drug sales process. When medicines are sold, it is necessary to count the amount, print a list, subtract the quantity of related medicines from inventory, and make statistics on sales, etc.

(6) System management module

The main function of this module is the management of system customers, such as adding customers, deleting customers, viewing, editing, printing customer information, setting customer permissions, etc. Functions such as administrator password modification, system database backup and recovery, etc.

(7) Statistical analysis module

The main function is to conduct comprehensive statistics on the purchase, sale and inventory of drugs, and analyze the profits from operating activities. Achieve statistics on drug purchase expenditures, statistics on purchases and payments but not yet arrived or in storage, statistics on drugs in stock, statistics on drug sales revenue, etc.
