Function realization

The faculty and staff management system recording is mainly a management system within the college that only has a back-end function for managers and employees. Through analysis, the main functional modules of this system are as follows:

(1) Have information entry function

l Entry of basic employee information (new addition, deletion and modification)

l Entry of employee attendance information (new addition, deletion and modification)

l Entry of employee reward and punishment information (new addition, deletion and modification)

l Entry of salary items (new addition, deletion and modification)

l Entry of salary formulas (definition, deletion and modification)

l Entry of contracts (new addition, deletion and modification)

(2) Have information storage function

l All operations on the system can be stored. That is, the system can store employee information, contract information, salary information, etc.

(3) With browsing function

l Ability to browse employee details

l Ability to browse detailed information on personal salary

(4) With query function

l Ability to query employee-related information based on employee number

l Financial personnel can query relevant salary information by month

l Ability to query personal salary information based on employee number

l Ability to query expired contracts based on contract expiration time

(5) With statistical functions

l Statistics of employee attendance within a month

l Statistics on employees’ overtime work within a month

l Statistics of employee rewards and punishments within a month

(6) Have data maintenance and system maintenance functions

l Can modify the password of the system operator
