The system is generally divided into three major modules, namely the system administrator module, building administrator and student module. The functions assigned to each module by the system are different. In addition to this, there is a login module. The functions of each module are as follows:
Login module:
You can judge the legitimacy and role of the account, and jump to the corresponding page according to different roles.
System administrator module:
(1) Building manager management: The main function of this module is to add new building managers, modify, delete and query the name, phone number and other information of the building manager;
(2) Student management: This module is mainly used to query the addition and upgrade of students' check-in information.
(3) Dormitory management: This module mainly queries and displays the size, dormitory number, location, etc. of the dormitory;
(4) Building management: This module is mainly used to add buildings and modify building-related information;
(5) Modify password: This module is mainly used to modify the password of the logged-in person;
(6) Exit the system: This module is to exit the system.
Building Manager Module:
(1) Water fee statistics for this month: This module mainly displays the water usage of each dormitory for the month and whether it can be paid;
(2) Electricity bill statistics for this month: This module mainly displays the electricity consumption of each dormitory for the current month and whether it can be paid;
(3) Student Check-in Registration: This module is mainly used to register students for check-in;
(4) Student move-out registration: This module is mainly used to register students’ move-out;
(5) Maintenance report statistics: This module mainly checks the maintenance needs of equipment in each dormitory;
(6) Move-out records: This module mainly checks the students’ move-out list;
(7) Student messages: This module is mainly used to view students’ message suggestions;
(8) Statement management: This module mainly issues statements to remind students;
(9) Change password: This module is mainly used to change the login password;
(10) Exit the system: This module is mainly used to exit the current system.
Student modules:
(1) Water bill inquiry for this month: This module mainly queries the water bill for the student’s dormitory;
(2) Electricity bill inquiry for this month: This module is mainly used to inquire about the electricity bill of the student’s dormitory;
(3) Leave a message here: This module is mainly for leaving messages to the building manager;
(4) Maintenance application: This module mainly applies for maintenance to notify the administrator of maintenance;
(5) Statement query: This module is mainly used to view the administrator’s statement
(6) Change password: This module is mainly used to change password;
(7) Exit the system: This module is mainly used to exit the current system.
