(1) Customer login module: If students, finance, and administrators want to operate this web page, the only thing they need to do is log in. Once logged into the database there will be a record. This module is required in the entire system.
(2) Registration module: Due to changes in student status, new students coming to the Business School must apply for their own account. On this website, every student has a registration function, which makes it convenient for Business School customers to enter. Moreover, freshmen who have just entered the school must register and complete their information before they can use this website to make school payment operations.
(3) Payment module: Students log in to the system and check their departments. Since the payment situation of each department is different, the system will enter the corresponding payment module to make payment based on the payment information of the corresponding department. Administrators can add and correct departmental payment information for students to view. Finance can use this module to view the fee submission information of each department and the payment status of each student's fees.
(4) Password modification module: Different roles can have their own original passwords after entering the system, but this is not safe for this website, so customers must change their original passwords as soon as possible.
(5) Query module: Each role can search for information according to its own needs. For example, students can check the payment status of the college and their own payment status; financial and system administrators can check the payment information of department fees and the payment status of each student's fees.
