is a game world filled with charming creatures called Axies that players can collect as pets. Players' goals are to fight, breed, collect, cultivate and build kingdoms for their Axies. The universe has a player-owned economy where players can truly own, buy, sell, and trade the resources they acquire in the game through skillful gameplay and contribution to the ecosystem.
Axies has and will have many different gaming experiences. Many of these will have players competing against each other using complex strategies and tactics to gain rankings or acquire coveted resources. The rest will allow them to complete missions, defeat bosses, and unlock in-depth storylines.
Players can collect countless unique Axies with different body parts and appearances. Body parts will unlock game-specific abilities for Axies, and they'll have completely different values, strengths, and skills from one game to another. Body parts also have their own unique card art for players to collect. Just like real-world pets, Axies can be bred to create new offspring. To avoid overinflating the Axie, the Axie can breed the most times before becoming sterile.
Breeding an Axie costs AXS and a small amount of Silky Love Potion, depending on how many times the Axie is bred. The AXS portion is variable and will adjust based on numerous economic factors.
Axies cannot breed with their children, and Axies cannot breed with their siblings.
Dominant genes determine which body parts actually exist on Axie. During reproduction, each gene has a chance of being passed on to offspring:
Dominant (D): The chance of passing the gene to offspring is 37.5%.
Recessive (R1): 9.375% chance of passing this gene to offspring.
Minor recessive (R2): 3.125% chance of passing this gene to offspring.
Monsters called Chimeras are terrorizing Lunacia. Players will be able to fight Chimeras in real-time battles individually or in groups. Chimera will drop various resources, items, and blueprints for updating lands and individual Axies.
