1 Instructions for use 1.1 Triage management terminal 1.1.1 Department management 1. After logging in to the triage management client, click [Department Management] in the menu of the main interface to enter the department management interface.
2. Enter the conditions and click the [Query] button to query department information.
3. Click a department record in the query results. After modifying the information in the department information below, click the [Save] button to save it.
4. Click a department record in the query results and click the [Delete] button to delete it.
5. Click the [Add New] button, and after entering the department information in the department information, click the [Save] button to save the newly added department information.
1.1.2 Clinic Management 1. After logging in to the triage management client, click [Clinic Room Management] in the menu of the main interface to enter the clinic management interface.
2. Select a department on the left, enter the conditions on the right and click the [Query] button to query clinic information.
3. Click a clinic record in the query results. After modifying the information in the clinic information below, click the [Save] button to save it.
4. Click a clinic record in the query results and click the [Delete] button to delete it.
5. Click the [Add New] button, enter the clinic information in the clinic information, and click the [Save] button to save the newly added clinic information.
1.1.3 Doctor Management 1. After logging in to the triage management client, click [Doctor Management] in the menu of the main interface to enter the doctor management interface.
2. Select a clinic on the left, enter the conditions on the right and click the [Query] button to query doctor information.
3. Click a doctor record in the query results, modify the information in the doctor information below, and click the [Save] button to save it.
4. Click a doctor record in the query results and click the [Delete] button to delete it.
5. Click the [Add New] button, and after entering the clinic information in the doctor information, click the [Save] button to save the newly added doctor information.
1.1.4 Patient Management 1. After logging in to the triage management client, click [Patient Management] in the menu of the main interface to enter the patient management interface.
2. Select a doctor on the left, enter the conditions on the right and click the [Query] button to query patient information.
3. Click a patient record in the query results. After modifying the information in the patient information below, click the [Save] button to save it.
4. Click a patient record in the query results and click the [Delete] button to delete it.
5. Click the [Add New] button, and after entering the patient information in the patient information, click the [Save] button to save the newly added patient information, and the queue ticket will be automatically printed.
6. Click [Print Ticket] to reprint the queue ticket for the currently selected patient.
1.1.5 Patient entry In addition to entering patient information in patient management, you can also directly click the [Patient Entry] menu in the triage management program, enter patient information in the opened patient entry interface, and click the [Save] button to complete the patient information. After the input is completed, the patient's queue ticket will be automatically printed. After completion, the next patient information can be entered.
1.1.6 Customer Management For the sake of security, the customer management function is temporarily unavailable. Please use an administrator account to log in to the system and keep your administrator account properly.
1.1.7 Modify Password Click the [Modify Password] button in the lower status bar of the triage management system to pop up the password modification interface. After entering the original password and new password, click [Confirm Modification] to complete the password modification.
1.1.8 Switch clients Click the [Switch Client] button in the lower status bar of the triage management system. The system will automatically exit and return to the login interface. Re-enter your account and password to log in to the system again.
1.1.9 System Lock Click the [System Lock] button in the lower status bar of the triage management system, and the interface for entering the password will pop up. After entering the password, click the [Lock] button, the system will automatically lock, and you need to re-enter the lock. The password can be used to unlock it.
1.2 Large screen display terminal 1. After running the large screen display terminal program, the main interface will automatically open on the expanded large screen.
2. Right-click the main interface, and the right-click menu will pop up. You can select the [Show] or [Exit] button.
Notice:
In order to prevent the computer's system sound from interfering with the large-screen broadcast during use, it is recommended to set the sound scheme to None in the computer system management.
1.3 Doctor call terminal 1.3.1 Set departments, clinics, and doctors. Click the [Settings] button in the status bar at the bottom of the main interface to pop up the setting interface. Select the current department, clinic, and doctor in the interface, and click the [Save] button to save. You need to close the client and reopen it to take effect, otherwise the patient list cannot be refreshed automatically.
1.3.2 Sequential call Click the [Next] button to call the next patient.
1.3.3 Recall the current patient Click the [Recall] button to recall the current patient.
1.3.4 Suspension of patient admissions If the doctor is temporarily away or unable to receive patients, you can click the [Pause] button to stop receiving patients, and click the [Start] button to resume treatment after recovery.
1.3.5 Waiting If the current patient fails to see a doctor in time after the call or the patient is temporarily unable to see a doctor normally, click the [Waiting] button on the right side of the patient information to add the patient to the requeuing queue. If the patient needs to be called next time , then right-click the patient in the patient list (patients waiting for re-waiting are colored yellow) and select the [Recall] button to re-call the patient.
1.3.6 Recall waiting patients. Right-click the patient who is requeued and waiting in the patient list (the color of the patient who is rewaiting is yellow), and select the [Recall] button to recall the patient.
1.3.7 Refresh the patient list. Click the blue [Click here to refresh the list] file above the patient list, or right-click the patient list and click the [Refresh] button to refresh the patient list.
