An XP interface class library

All APIs are made from self-drawn graphics!
Compilation method:
1) Add XPLIB.lib library
2) Join CLASSXP.H
3) In the menu ProjectSettingsC/C++-Precompiled headers
Select the No using... item. (Otherwise the compilation will not pass)
