CMSHead is a free and open source PHPCMS developed based on ThinkPHP_3.0.1 and DWZ(jUI)1.44. His biggest highlight currently is the plug-in sharing mechanism (similar to plug-in sharing in the discuz forum). Anyone can do some development based on CMSHead, and share the developed works and even templates for everyone to use. Of course you can do it for free or for a fee.
