PHPDisk v3.7 has added functions and improved documentation

1. [Correction] Correct the text description of [Basic Settings].
2. [Correction] The md5 problem of large file upload is set by the background.
3. [Correction] Optimized the problem reported by some users that the upload of large files would be stuck for a long time.
4. [Correction] The installation is modified to a more friendly install folder format.
5. [Correction] The thumbnails reported by some virtual space users cannot be displayed.
6. [Amendment] Rewrite rules are revised and streamlined.
7. [Correction] Enhance the points rules and correct the problem of incorrect points operation.
8. [Amendment] The underlying storage structure of files is changed to some real file name suffixes to facilitate administrators to use FTP to manage underlying files.
9. [Correction] System BUG currently discovered.
10. This version mainly optimizes the underlying code of the system, including file upload and storage architecture.
