The system mainly includes:
1. Simplify and beautify the main interface to view all data, making it more clear at a glance;
2. Add & modify data
The main content includes: company name, contact person, position, address, postal code, telephone, fax, website, email, product classification, custom classification, province, region, customer type, customer star rating, customer source, customer description, remarks, Corporate legal person, legal person's birthday, personal mobile phone, private email, registered capital, date of establishment, MSN, QQ, etc.;
Hide update data: entry date, validity period (default one year), and last update date;
Add notes to record customer tracking status at any time;
3. Advanced search
Provides: ten combination queries including company name, contact person, address, phone number, region, product category, star rating, customer type, operator, number, etc.;
4. Tracking record query (operators have some functions, administrators have all functions;)
Customer maintenance record set query allows management to check the operator's customer follow-up status at any time;
5. Data export to Excel (operators have some functions, administrators have all functions;)
Based on conditions such as operator, customer type, company address, department, etc., export an Excel format file with a .CSV suffix, including all customer information;
6. Data transfer (only administrator function)
List all customers of the operator and selectively transfer them to another operator, or you can transfer them all;
7. User management (only administrator function)
Administrators create and modify legal login accounts, including login username, real name, password, user level, and department;
8. System settings (only administrator function)
User level setting, department setting (branch), customer source setting, customer type setting, customer star setting, product classification setting, note type setting and position setting;
9. Database management (only administrator function)
Including database compression, backup, recovery and system space usage;
10. Modify the password. After the administrator sets the default password, the operator can modify it by himself. The storage format is MD5 encryption;
