Esta es una utilidad simple para convertir archivos WAV, FLAC, MP3, APE, OGG, M4A y AAC en cualquiera de los otros formatos (excepto M4A y AAC que solo son compatibles como formato de entrada).
Utiliza estos codificadores/decodificadores de línea de comandos externos (incluidos en el paquete):
flac.exe (convertidor flac) - flac -win.zip
Lame.exe (Converter mp3) - Lame Release Bundle
oggenc.exe y oggdec.exe (convertidor OGG)
Mac.exe (Converter APE)
faad.exe (convertidor M4A y AAC)

En la primera ejecución, FLICFLAC creará un pequeño archivo INI para que haga algunas configuraciones menores si es necesario, y también guardará los cinco convertidores necesarios en el Directorio TEMP de Windows (Flac.exe, Lame.exe, Oggenc.exe, OGGDEC. exe y faad.exe).
Seleccione un formato de conversión presionando uno de los botones de formato.

Esto funciona solo en archivos individuales.
Habilitar/deshabilitar la integración del menú contextual a través del menú Configuración.
Por defecto, FLICFLAC saldrá después de la conversión al usar este método. Esto se puede cambiar en el archivo INI.
Puede activar el menú Configuración a través del teclado presionando F8 o la tecla (aplicaciones) de clic derecho, o haciendo clic derecho en cualquier lugar de la GUI.
Los archivos FLAC están codificados con la configuración de FLAC predeterminada (compresión media, velocidad media)
Los archivos MP3 están codificados con un valor predeterminado de 192kbps. El modo de codificación (CBR/VBR) y la tasa de bits son configurables a través del archivo INI.
Los presets se proporcionan en un menú de fácil acceso.
El menú de preajuste se puede configurar en el archivo INI.
Los archivos OGG están codificados con una configuración de calidad de 5 (en una escala de 0-10)
Los archivos APE están codificados con un nivel de compresión de 2000 (en una escala de 1000-2000)
Los archivos OGG y MP3 están codificados con la información de la etiqueta ID3:
Título de la canción = nombre de archivo
Año = año en curso
Artista = Tomado del archivo INI
