TwitchLib est une puissante bibliothèque C# qui permet d'interagir avec divers services Twitch. Les services actuellement pris en charge sont : le chat et le chuchotement, les API (v5 (obsolètes), helix, non documentées et tierces), le système d'événements PubSub et les extensions Twitch. Vous trouverez ci-dessous les descriptions des composants principaux qui composent TwitchLib.

Remarque : TwitchAPI est désormais une classe singleton qui doit être instanciée avec un identifiant client et un jeton d'authentification facultatifs. Sachez que le fait de ne pas fournir au moins un identifiant client, et parfois un jeton d'accès, entraînera des exceptions. v5 (obsolète) et Helix fonctionnent presque entièrement sur les identifiants utilisateur Twitch. Il existe des méthodes dans toutes les versions de l'API Twitch pour obtenir les noms d'utilisateur/ID d'utilisateur correspondants.
