Il s'agit d'un utilitaire simple pour convertir les fichiers WAV, FLAC, MP3, APE, OGG, M4A et AAC à l'un des autres formats (sauf M4A et AAC qui ne sont pris en charge que comme format d'entrée).
Il utilise ces encodeurs / décodeurs de ligne de commande externes (inclus dans le package):

Si vous redistribuez ce package, veuillez vous référer à la licence de ces encodeurs.
Lors de la première exécution, Flicflac créera un petit fichier INI pour que vous puissiez effectuer des configurations mineures si nécessaire, et enregistrera également les cinq convertisseurs nécessaires dans le répertoire Temp Windows (flac.exe, lame.exe, oggenc.exe, oggdec. exe et faad.exe).
Sélectionnez un format de conversion en appuyant sur l'un des boutons de format.
Appuyez sur le bouton Sélectionner pour sélectionner les fichiers à convertir.

Cliquez avec le bouton droit sur un fichier et sélectionnez Convertir avec Flicflac.
Cela ne fonctionne que sur des fichiers uniques.
Activez / désactivez l'intégration du menu contextuel via le menu Paramètres.
Par défaut, Flicflac quittera après la conversion lors de l'utilisation de cette méthode. Cela peut être modifié dans le fichier INI.
Vous pouvez activer le menu Paramètres via le clavier en appuyant sur F8 ou la touche de clic droit (applications) ou en cliquant avec le bouton droit sur l'interface graphique.
Les fichiers FLAC sont codés avec les paramètres FLAC par défaut (compression moyenne, vitesse moyenne)
Les fichiers MP3 sont codés avec une valeur par défaut de 192 kbps. Le mode de codage (CBR / VBR) et le débit binaire sont configurables via le fichier INI.
Les préréglages sont fournis dans un menu d'accès facile.
Le menu Presets peut être configuré dans le fichier INI.
Les fichiers OGG sont codés avec un paramètre de qualité de 5 (sur une échelle de 0-10)
Les fichiers APE sont codés avec un niveau de compression de 2000 (sur une échelle de 1000-2000)
Les fichiers OGG et MP3 sont codés avec des informations de balise ID3:
Titre de la chanson = nom de fichier
Année = année en cours
Artiste = tiré du fichier INI
