Spellslinger Frost/Arcane

Spellcasters are gifted spellcasters who have learned to split their magic to create powerful and unstable new effects. Spellcasters are able to expertly summon and manipulate these shards, allowing them to rapidly bombard the battlefield with razor-sharp crystals, causing devastating damage.
Spellcaster Shards have their themes and stats adjusted based on your currently active specialization. Arcane Shards are arcane shards that deal moderate arcane damage. The shards of the Ice Mage are Frost Shards, which deal a small amount of Frost damage.
Shatter: When you expend Void Precision (Arcane) or Winter's Chill (Frost), summon a shard to strike your target.
Shard: Summons raw magic into sharp bullets that deal damage. The fragments become embedded in the target, causing additional damage over 16 seconds. This effect stacks.
first floor
Rich Divination: When you cast Arcane Surge (Arcane) or Icy Vein (Frost), summon 8 shards. Whenever you summon a Shard during Arcane Surge (Arcane) or Icy Vein (Frost), you have a 100% chance to summon an additional Shard.
Instinct of Control: When the target is affected by Nether Storm (Arcane) or Deep Winter Chill (Frost), 20% of the direct damage caused by the fragments will also cause damage to nearby enemies. Reduced when exceeding 5 targets. (Arcane) Direct damage from Arcane Shards resets the duration of Netherstorm.
Shattered Orb: The first 8 times your Arcane Orb (Arcane) or Ice Orb (Frost) deals damage to an enemy, a shard will be summoned to strike the target. The damage of Arcane Orb (Arcane) and Ice Orb (Frost) is increased by 10%.

Select Node: Slippery Throw & Look Back
Slippery Throw: Your movement speed is increased by 40% during Manipulation Time.
Look Back: The duration of the flashback is increased by 50%, the range is increased by 25%, and a mirror image is left behind.
Select Node: Reactive Barrier & Phantom
Reactive Barrier: Your Prismatic Barrier (Arcane) and Ice Barrier (Frost) absorb up to 50% more damage, based on your missing health. Maximum effect is achieved when health is below 50%.
Phantom: Your mirror image summons an additional mirror image. Mirror now reduces all damage taken by an additional 5%.
Select Node: Unstable Magic & Unerring Mastery
Unstable Magic: Whenever a shard is removed or recalled, it explodes, damaging nearby enemies. The damage is reduced when there are more than 5 targets.
Unerring Mastery: Whenever you summon a Shard, increase the damage of your next Super Nova by 18% (Arcane) or Frost Nova by 6% (Frost). Stack up to 30 times.
third floor
Displacement Shards: During the channeling process, the transfiguration energy will launch a barrage of 8 fragments at random enemies within 40 yards.
Frost Teachings: The direct damage from the fragments has a 5% chance to summon an arcane echo (arcane) or frost comet (frost), causing damage to all nearby enemies and increasing the damage the enemies take from you by 6%, lasting 6 seconds.
Force of Will: Critical hit chance increased by 2%. Critical hit damage increased by 5%.
top layer
Debris Storm: When you have 8 or more active embedded shards, you automatically cast Debris Storm on the target.
Shardstorm: Recalls all embedded Shards, instantly dealing their remaining periodic damage. After a short delay, unleash a barrage of devastating fragments, each fragment in the barrage dealing damage to your target. Shardstorm allows you to save energy (Arcane) or apply Winter's Chill (Frost) to the target.
