1. Pears

2. Loquat

Most people peel loquats when eating them. In fact, loquat skins are rich in carotenoids, which are several times higher than the pulp. Carotenoids are the main contributors to vitamin A in loquat fruits and are good for eyesight.
3. Tangerine
Tangerine has the medicinal effects of moistening the lungs, relieving coughs, resolving phlegm, strengthening the spleen, smoothing qi, and quenching thirst. Combined with Tremella fungus, it has the functions of nourishing yin, moisturizing, beautifying and rejuvenating the skin.
4. Tremella
Tremella is sweet in taste and mild in nature, and returns to the lung and stomach meridians. It has the effects of nourishing yin and moistening the lungs, nourishing the stomach and promoting fluid production.
Tremella is a medicinal and food product with mild medicinal properties, especially suitable for long-term consumption by middle-aged and elderly people.

5. Lily

1. Pumpkin lotus seed soup
Material:
150 grams of pumpkin, 20 grams of heartless lotus seeds, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.

6. Mushroom and tomato soup
