1. Hubei primary and secondary schools start time
Districts of Yichang City
Xiling District: All kindergartens, primary schools, and junior high schools in the district will officially have a holiday on July 3. New students will register on August 30th, old students will register on August 31st, and the opening ceremony will be held on September 1st.
Wujiagang District: All primary schools and junior high schools in the district will officially have a holiday after the dismissal ceremony on July 4th. New students need to register on August 30th, old students and transfer students need to register on August 31st, and school officially starts on September 1st. Kindergarten will leave on June 30, and the start time will be based on that of primary and secondary schools.
Dian Military District: All primary and junior high schools in the district will start summer vacation on July 3. School starts on September 1st. Kindergarten children will leave kindergarten on June 30th, summer vacation will begin on July 3rd, and school will begin on September 1st.
Xiaoting District: All primary and secondary schools in the district will have summer vacation on July 3 (kindergartens will follow suit); school will officially start on September 1. Yiling District: All primary and junior high schools in the district will start summer vacation on July 3. School starts on September 1st. Regular high schools will start their summer vacation on July 10th and start school on September 1st. Kindergarten holidays will be implemented accordingly and school will start on September 1st.
Enshi Prefecture
School opening time: Kindergartens and compulsory education schools will officially open on September 4, 2023 (Monday, July 20 of the lunar calendar). Ordinary high schools will start on August 21, 2023 (Monday, the sixth day of the seventh lunar month).
The holiday and start times of secondary vocational and technical schools and special education schools are based on those of ordinary primary and secondary schools. 2. The opening hours of some universities in Hubei
Central China Normal University
(1) Current students will start vacation on July 8, 2023, and register on September 3, 2023.
(2) Undergraduate freshmen will register on September 4, 2023, and graduate freshmen will register on September 4, 2023.

University of Science and Technology of China

Wuhan University
